Very fast shipping on the 2 kg Benin Panda silver coin. The coin has a nice ultra high relief finish making it stand out. It comes in a nice wooden box. I highly recommend Power Coin for all the unique modern coins available.

Trustworthy vendor. PowerCoin has introduced some really innovative coins in partnership with Balzers’s (in Liechtenstein) Coin Invest Trust [design] and Karlsfeld’s (in Bavaria, Germany) B.H. Mayer [production]. Several of these coins are elegant and most of them are innovative; without exaggeration, some of these coins are iconic and -in certain respects- constitute milestones in the history of coinage. That said, their mintages are kept (on purpose) too low and their prices are very expensive; exorbitantly expensive. That’s (for me) a big NO-NO!! I refuse to pay their outrageous premiums; 400 EUR for a newly-released 3oz silver coin? No.-

They've made me lose a good offer, in purpose I would say.

Very poor customer service, very late delivery for my last order(late 2 to 3 weeks). Too bad they don't consider that customers are an important component of their business. It is obvious they don't value the customers. You can find my review on Trustpilot, and I bet they won't even bother to apologize for anything. Or maybe they will after seeing this review.

On the 29th February, I created my account on POWERCOIN. I contacted them on the chat to add the points I earned from previous purchases to my account. In the meantime, I noticed a coin that was on offer and I decided to buy it, only that I had to wait for the customer service to add the points to my account to be able to apply them to the offer as well. I waited for more than an hour and the offer was about to expire. In the meantime, I kept writing to them on chat and WhatsApp that the offer is expiring and I want to apply the points and buy that coin. In short, they told me that I will be able to buy and apply the vouchers and points even if the offer expires, that the IT department can create the order manually after that and that it is not a problem. I trusted everything they told me and when the offer expired they told me that nothing could be done and that I would no longer be able to apply the points to the expired offer.
The coin was £256 and the price on the offer was £212 and with my points applied the price should have dropped to £188 or so.
They kept me on the chat, they dragged on for an hour or so until the offer expired.
I have all the conversation saved on WhatApp.

Too bad you don't consider that customers are an important component of your business. It is obvious you don't value your customers.

First of all I don't need your apologies at this moment. You should have honored what you've promised: if the offer expires and the accounts have not been merged by than you will create an order manually with all discount/points applied. That is all I needed you to do, like you've said in the chat.
Instead after the offer expired you have told me there is nothing you can do.

I just done this review because It's my right to leave it when I want and where ever I want. This is the same arrogance you showed me at that time.
