Do not enter.
I was looking for a gift for my mom and I got asked multiple times if I needed help which I didn't and I said so okay, not a problem repeating myself because how can one know what I said to someone else okay. The thing that makes me upset is the fact that I got followed by multiple people, every step I took... I was just looking for something for my mom... They knew... I was also keeping distance from the shelves bruh

Highly disappointed service by one of the shop assistant. I came to this shop to buy The High Impact Mascara by Clinique. One of the shop assistant emotionally advised me to take the last edition of The High Impact Mascara because it has outstanding features compare previous one. At first glance I didn’t like the image of the product. It was fluffy glittery green colour stick which is too girlish for me. But shop assistant was so excited with the impact of mascara that I decided to try this new edition mascara.
I bought it. I tried it at my home. And I was highly disappointed and furious because the mascara itself was even worse than it’s image.
The mascara was full of fibres on the brush and inside of penal!!! (See pictures).
Next day I came to the shop to complain about mascara. Another shop assistant explained me that these fibres in nylon and due to them mascara has it exceptional features.
My opinion about product - it is waste of money. By the way 38,5€!!!
My opinion about shop service - they have low quality and in my case I feel cheated.

Visited on the 12th of June and they’re nice to you as you’re going through the shop by shoving products in your face but the moment you get to the chaotic counter, especially at the tax free counter, suddenly you’re treated like an obnoxious burden that they can’t wait to get rid of.
The lady didn’t even bother double checking the details and selected the wrong country despite giving her the passport. Do we call it ignorance or carelessness? Hire better people, customers shouldn’t pay for their silly mistakes 👎🏼
